The community of my choice is a senior citizen facility called Towne Centre in Merrillville Indiana. I chose this particular site because I have alot of compassion and understanding of elderly people. Coping with trying to maintain your quality of life is something that we will all have to face one day. I witness their struggle everyday and I commend the ones that don't give up and continue to fight to see another day. To wake up one day and realize that you no longer have the power to stand, bathe, toilet, feed, or even recognize where you are is scary, but interesting.
